Prairie state Gaming League Rules:

  1. League start times vary throughout the week, but the 15 minute forfeit rule is as such. You forfeit a game every 15 minutes up to 3 games, and then the match at 1 hour past the start time.

  2. If there is a forfeit or a rescheduled match please notify the league coordinator that day. Do not put your money in the board.

  3. Any team needing to reschedule needs to contact the opponent by at least 2 hours in advance. If it’s a last minuteemergency, the team needing to reschedule must do so at the other teams discretion, within reason. League coordinator must be notified of all reschedules, and forfeits. Rescheduled matches must be played within 2 weeks of the scheduled match. If it is not played, the league coordinator will consider it a split match, unless notified of the make-up date.

  4. League fees vary from league to league. All fees must be entered in the board before league starts. Home team captain is responsible for checking before you start.

  5. No new subs will be allowed the last 2 weeks of the season unless approved by the league coordinator, and the opponents. 2 sub max per team per night unless approved by opponent and coordinator.

  6. We have an open sub list, meaning. A person may sub for more than one team in the same league, however no regular team member may shoot for another team. Any illegal sub will result in forfeited games. The sub must fit the team cap if it applies.

  7. You must enter the subs first and last name, as well as average if it’s a handicapped league.

  8. If a player is new to our leagues, but has played for other vendors, use their “known ability”, agreed by both teams. If a new player is completely new to darts, a woman will go in as a 17.00 in 01, and a 1.7 in cricket, and a man will go in as a 22.00 in 01 and a 2.2 in cricket. If you leave the average at 0’s, then the player will start at the highest averaged player in each game.

  9. Players carry the same average from June through May of the following year. These averages are used to form your teams for capped leagues and tournaments. A New book is released the beginning of every June.

  10. PSG league coordinators hold the right to rank or re-rank any player at any time. Also, to remove a non-ranked player who well exceeds the cap.

  11. Player advantage rule: If a dart is stuck in the board it counts. If you are lucky enough that the board is wrong in your favor you get to keep it. UPDATE, BOARDS LIE!!

  12. Unsportsmanlike conduct or harassment from any player, establishment, or its clientele will not be tolerated. The Home team's captain is held responsible.

  13. In the event a match can not be played at the home location, it is the home teams responsibility to relocate the match and alert the opponent ASAP.

  14. All stats and schedules can be found on the boards of locations that are in the league. Also, at the website  PSGdarts.com (coming soon)

  15. Forfeited matches will be decided by the league coordinator based on win % as well as reason for forfeit. You will receive 70-80% of the wins not 100%

  16. League should never be held up for smoke breaks, or anything else during a 4 person, or trips league. However, when playing doubles or singles you get one “halftime” break. No more than 5-10 minutes. Long absences from the board in between games may result in forfeited games.

  17. There is no more practice darts once league has started. During a halftime break a player who is waiting on the opponent may throw a few warm ups before resuming play.

  18. There is no coaching in dart league by anyone other than your teammates.

  19. If you have a dispute during league, resolve the issue before throwing the next dart. Once the match has continued it is assumed that you came to an agreement over said dispute. Try to handle it yourselves without involving a league coordinator, but if needed please call.

  20. League coordinators are Jake Adlfinger 312-835-4620 or Nick Yeast 309-339-3016

  21. Remote Play

  22. Do not put your money in the board until you can see your opponent on the screen. This will prevent the board taking your money.

  23. If the board misreads your dart and you need it backed up. You have to stop action and snap a picture and send to your opponents to back it up.

  24. There is a shot timer of 30 seconds between darts. In case of an emergency you may push the up button to pause the timer, but that will only last for about a minute.
